This Hour Has 22 minutes is a satircal show...
Its set up like a news show.
Rick Mercer has done a few things on it called "Talking With Americans".
He goes to various places in the states (usually monuments like Mount Rushmore) and starts telling the locals all this... unlikely (for lack of a better word) stuff. Stuff along the lines of "A Canadian company owns the mining rights to Mount Rushmore. They plan on drilling into the heads to see if there is any uranium in there. The sad thing is people believe him, and they go on about it at great lengths as if they knew about it already...
