Cheops installaions are mixed-use laboratories and research facilities, built into the surfaces of large asteroids. The central core houses a multipurpose sensor array and the main reactor, while the other two cores are devoted to scientific, industrial, and military research. Living quarters and a docking bay are also built into the asteroid, which also provides protection from enemy attacks. Most Cheops installations typically mount four medium capital ship beam cannons, though there are some fitted with more powerful weapons for military testing.

GE does it again! (To a lesser extent.) GVI Cheops now has docks, paths, LODs, debris, and other stuff. If someone knows who made the original post it please...

Something just occured to me. Since I'm improving on all the Vasudan installations, why not try making this?

GVI Viraj, a 20-km wide supply complex. Ambitious, to be sure, but suppose I tackled it like Dark's Polaris; that is, making individual sections which can be linked together by the mission designer. Sounds like something the TV-War project might use.

You could make it like a city maybe kinda? It could be a milatary instalation, but it hardly looks like it. Besides, we could use more civilian stuff( I know I could) and deffinitly Vasudan.

There is two versions of the Cheops.  The original Cheops which has Vasudan textures and the Terran with Terran textures.  The Terran version is called the GTI Scylla.

Mebbe.  Quite cool, at any rate.

However, I doubt that the TVWP will include anything that big.  We're already using the Karnak and possibly the Cheops; I'm not sure that the Vasudans need any more installations.

If you like making Vasudan models, though, we could certainly use a pre-Typhon destroyer.

That is a very low detail model. Definitely add some greebles or massive turrets, or external engines or something.

aldo_14, Analazon, Katalyan, KillMeNow, Raptor, Ryx, Shrike, and Woomeister have all contributed.

Basically, we're waiting on Analazon for one thing and Woomeister for a bunch of other things.  Once Woomeister reconverts Shrike's model, we'll forward it back to him for the finishing touches.
