If you're thinking of an awesome fighter mesh, close this thread now.  This only my first effort and it isn't skinned yet.

I've created this fighter with an image in mind and background info.  However, after I've modeled it, I found that it didn't really look like a fusion of Terran and Vasudan technnology.

What do you people think and any comments on what makes a Terran fighter "Terran" and a Vasudan fighter "Vasudan"?

needs to be smoother/more polys me thinks.. right now it looks almost as choppy as the paint lines ;) :p

I do like the design though. It does sort of have that Myrmadon feel.

Yeah, I think you're moving along the right lines. Soften it up and add more polys. And get a better name :)

You didn't answer the guy!

Yes, all that you asked is possible (The guns in PCS and the thruster flames are models glued to the engines.

:wtf:

When did he ask all that?

In the pictures ;)

Thanks for the comments.  I guess I can start to skin this ('ll have to learn that too T_T)

This is already 492 triangles.  I think it looks choppy because the gauraud shading is off.  It looks smoother in my modeling program.  I'll see how it turns out after I skin it before I decide to add more polys.
