If it's possible to have a stylized neutrino path/venus sign (Prince, the mutant formerly known as, the once and future, etc.), then I'm sure you can get a number in there.

I took a government class about 2 years ago and IIRC names can't have actual numbers it them... they have to be spelt out.

IE:

Three point one four one five nine six two five....

Or

Two point seven one eight two eight one eight two...

This is American law, though, as I recall it.
