Thought. Would each system in the GTA/GTVA have its own flag? If so I might start designing some. Hell, I might even make the GTVA HQ building (like the UN) in Unreal Edit.

most likely yes. It is quite unbeleavable that in 2367 states, as such don't exist. I mean even the USA has them, and I really doubt how much of the individuality the Russians or the French are going to give up for a single goverment.

you know, I think it might even make sense that a planet hosts multiple countries, which would be divided somehow like antartica I believe, which would result in:

Guess nobody can decide who the hell owns Antartica...

I think in the GTVA, no planet has its own flag. Only the GTVA flag as they are part of a government.

Funny anecdote about the South Pole...

About 30 years ago some council erected this big shiny expensive pole at the south pole, that you see here. Unfortunately, it's all ICE there, and ice MOVES. Slowly, but it does move.

So now there's the big elaborate pole, and a few hundred meters away there's a stick with a sign "The REAL South Pole" that they have to move every few months.

No it's been divided in sections that all join at the pole. on a map it looks like those circular diagrams.

But what's if its more of a loose alliance, like the UN?

Even so, take the UK, each country has it's own flag. In the US, each state has its own flag.

The GTVA was formed when the old states left after the end of the reconstruction period reformed an alliance. Unless the old states were wiped away as part of Betac they`ll almost certainly still exist as regional govenments.

 In other words. Make flags.

Anyway, I will. I shall make a GTVA overall flag, and one for each branch of it (General Assembly, Security Council, Vasudan Imperium) and then one for each (major) system.

However, any help would not go amiss.
