To prove that I'm not a complete louse who posts the occasional witty comment or wimpy matchstick flame, I have decided to contribute something to the community.  I present Blue Shivans complete with Enging and Beam effects and a new warp ANI.

Ignore my sister's folder the screenshots are next to it.

I tried uploading the RAR file to F2S yesterday(between 11:00p-12:50a) but it 9.7MB and my Dial-up is crappy. So if Hunter or someone from F2S could let me know if the upload worked or not and if not I'll zip them an email as well as anybody else interested in mirroring it.  My email is [email protected].

You know we could have a poll for "Choose the next color for the shivan fleet"... Like the M&M's...

Pick fromt he following choices:
   Infra-Red
   Orange
   Yellow
   Green
   Indigo
   Violet
   Ultra-Violet

Using ROY G BIV (the color spectrum but omitting Red and Blue as they have already been done)

Then next month we can change the choices to something like:

   Aqua
   Cinnamon
   Spanish White
   Patchwork
   Flesh Tone
   and lastly  CHROME!!! (Wohoo!)

Going to bed now sorry just got outta work so sleep deprived and loopy (hope this was amusing though!) :lol:

hmmm, i wonder whaqt black and white shivans do actually look like, i could imagine with white glows (god bless glowmaps) they could look cool ...... possibly :p

The idea stemed from the copy of 3dEx that I've got.  When I convert textures to a specific file format it inverts the red and blue values.  So the actual ship maps were all that difficult.

When I say blue I mean their all blue even the engine ANIs.

KT was drawing a picture of garlfield in spanish class..

All you gotta do is change the red in the textures to blue. ****, I could do that if you wanted me to. And if you're thinking of them, I suppose we could do that, but something more complicated would be better.

I'm sorry about the poor quality screenies.  Yahoo makes you have to be logged into see full size images.  I'm looking into a GeoCities account as we speak.
