It could be set all over the place for that matter.  You could use shuttles for transport between ships, stations, and planets.  I think it'd be cool to have and user-made ships as "levels" that one could interact with in some way.

You never played FF9 eh? Did you also read my second explaination?

Every so often an Active Time Event prompt will show up, and upon selecting it players will get to look in on what another character is doing. It really helps flesh out all of the characters’ personalities and is an interesting feature.

I’ve finally decided on my character, and have made a couple of new hats, a flat cap and a fez, for your character-creation pleasure. My choice of character stems from my hat construction, as when I made the flat cap cap, I put in on one of the robed figures, and my dad said that it looked like Fidel Castro! I simply thought “why not” and developed this idea, thus.
