New to board ... hello all

Hello all,
I'm in the middle of re-loading all my programs after a reformat.
A lot of them I don't run anymore. I had a lot of free space on my computer ... LOL, no pun intended. So I looked through a stack of programs and games, and installed FreeSpace2 after not running it for some time.

I had forgotten how awsome this sim is.
Thanks for this board, and the resources it provides, there sure is a lot to look at for a new guy. I'll be downloading and chaseing links for two weeks .... this is sweeeeet!

i'm new here too. but i do know that exits are to the front and back there are flamethrowers under the seats but they dont work so you have to use them as clubs.  if you see any shivans in the ventilation just give them your lunch and they'll leave you alone.

what is it with all new people posting Hello threads these days. I mean, this has to be a third or fourth time (not that I mind)

anyway, do a search on Carl the Shivan, Shrike, BDSM, Tim Allen whipping poodles,  Admiral Bosch's love slave, or various forms of 'math nerd' and you'll see what this board is *really* about

i know i missed the bits about tim allen whipping poodles. for some reason im damn glad as well. i prefer a nights sleep minus sick nightmares thankyou very much :)

oh the tim allen thing? as far as I recall, it has got to do with Shrike, Me, heavy amounts of absynth and the Hard Light subtitle.
