The recent forum subscriptions thread reminded me of something I've had set up with HLP for a while, so I thought I'd share it.

Forum subs are a great idea, but I hate actually using them because of all the email they generate. But then it's a pain to track down all your current conversations all over the HLP. Sooo, I bookmarked this URL--

Going to this bookmark is exactly the same as going to the search page and asking for every thread that I've posted in over the last two weeks. Super handy! To use, just past your user name in place of mine.

Can't you just simply click on search in the bottom of your post screen? It's like the same thing.

It's between the "PM" and "Buddy" buttons on every post.

Interesting. I'd never tried that button before. But now that I have-- I don't like the format it returns the results in, and you have to go find one of your own posts first.

Much easier to just open up your bookmarks and click on "HLP - Recent Posts" and get a nice list of the discussions you're currently participating in.
