Nice. :) Although it would be better if we could see what it is firing at.

Its not firing at anything.  Haven't you ever seen the GTVA's Lazer Floyd?

A most excellent job.

nice, but perhaps the beams should be a bit thicker, they look kinda pencil like now.

Most of them look fine to me but I think the ones coming out of the big hole in the front might want to be widened a little (why make a big hole in the hull for a small weapon?)

aha! That explains it then :) But why have such a lovely looking beam cannon and then hide it away from us in the first place :D

Some glow at the source of the beams would be good.

As for the model, which is probably what we should be most intrested in...  seen it already on warpstorm :p

Sweet.

Muzzle glows would be good, and possibly make the beam edges slightly ragged. Very nice job, though. :)

Well I usually make my beams slightly different from FS2 ones, but well, guess you have to follow the drill anyhow.
By the way, how did you make those beams?

A whole bunch of intersecting, gradiated polygons and a cylinder. I couldn't explain it without illustrations.

I like this image in particular... while ZylonBane is right and they're still quite FS-ey, I like especially the job you've done on getting the objects in the environment to be affected by the beamlight.

The second pic is OK, but the beam really needs some more antialiasing.
