And I have to wait for my PC to be competed! (I am currently undating hardwawres and softwares... etc etc... great timing huh?) but one thing for sure, when my PC is finished, I will whip up FS2 and download R2!

I have the following comments:

I'm having a hard time adjusting to the five-hit-kill system. Kinda like playing a tactical shooter, no? ;)

The Trail of Light course is damn addictive! I've gotten 4:21 so far on medium, and I keep trying. :D

The amount of missions and ships..... wow. I'm thinking of making a campaign.

For some reason, even though I won Mission 1 of the minicampaign, I couldn't proceed. Oh well.

There is a patch but according to the TBP team it doesn't always work

Yeah well, I'll take a half-working patch over a 200MB download anyday.  I don't have the time, nor the bandwith, to download all of that.

TBP 1.1 to 2.0 patch
The patch is 81.1 MB, but there is a high possibility that it won't work, and then you have downloaded 81 MB for nothing. So I recommend you to get Full or Core in a way or another.

A friend who could download it for you? Or can you download it in a library or school?

Alternatively you can download just the Core, which includes everything you need to play R2. Size is 108 MB, not much bigger than the patch, but it works. You can download music later if you want, anims pack is the most useless pack at the moment.

TBP is evil and will corrupt your harddrive..don't download it:)
It contains some of the Ugliest,Bad textured,Easy to kill models. I preaty much dumped bytes on your harddrive. And 200Mb is to much..download also that TBP base to have more stuff on your disk.

Congratulations IceFire on the great release. :yes: :) I enjoyed the first one and I would probably enjoy this one as well if I could download it with a 56K. :sigh: But well.. I guess i can always ask one of my friends to download and burn it for me. :nod:
