It was made with fruity loops.

Compositionally awesome...but the samples are not quite as good (obviously not your fault). A limit of the technology undoubtedly. I've worked with Cubase and the only saving grace in terms of sound quality was the XP-30 keyboards providing the synth...those are good. If it was General MIDI the entire time, it'd be much worse...

I really need to point out that the music is 90% FragCollectors work. I did the beginning and was the "back seat driver" the rest of the way...

Thats great! I've knocked up a few tracks recently in Fruityloops but none that are that good, a few good ominous depressing briefing tracks though.
