It's just the same as the colour tag, but replace "color" with "glow"

I have mean in the /admin/index.php under "costum vb codes" ----> modify ---> there want i add the glowing text that the people can use it.

It's there already: [ glow=red ] red [ / glow ] will become [glow=red]red[/glow].
