The mission is Black Omega. It's one of those late missions in Freespace 1 where you have to escort the Altar transports and destroy a Hammer of Light Typhon class destroyer. The conditions should be to get both Omega transports through while destroying the Anvil.

Back to my previos question, the Rossetta survival is not necessary I think. I rather though the difficulty level must be medium or higher.

hmmmm. Wonders if it's possible to get through the entire campaign without making a single Shivan kill :) Theoretically maybe. I don't know FS1 well enough to remember if there are any missions where alpha 1 is alone. Otherwise his wingmen could make every kill while alpha just softens everyone up :)

Playing Judaeus is the only one with a Solo A1, unless you count the one before you kill the Lucy...
