Not too bad.... I've done some ships like that.  Rather darker tho.

If you made the white texture more of an "ice" texture, and redid the whole ship that way..I would like that texture.
It's still good the way it is though.

No, I do like the bright parts. people tends to make ships dark and more dark (I do), so it's a good break, plus with the ambient mod, that will make nice contrasts.
