The Apocalypse Project is running a competition to turn submitted script/stories into missions and/or mini-campaigns for release with TAP.

The only problem (and I'll keep mentioning this until someone takes heed) is the lack of a -mod command line tag for FRED, which makes mission creation all the more awkward.
