So? Doesn't take a lot to learn, just practice and not being a moron. Guns aren't too complicated, the most difficult thing about them is compensating for recoil and range, and all that's gonna do is mean ya don't get any bullseyes for a month or so. AND the latter one doesn't generally apply to assault rifles like they had, since if you're trying to hit something beyond a couple hundred meters you might as well give up and start tossing rocks instead.

Their guns spit oil??? No wonder they were jamming on them. Half of the gun jams are caused by too much oil, and "spitting oil" sounds like a perfect example of that. I never got oil spat at me from my gun, and it rarely jammed - an M16, rarely jamming, is quite unusual.

I've only had once my rifle spit oil on me, but that was when I first shot with it. But atleast for the Sako M-62 you can put a good dose of oil in to make it slide beautifully. Theres nothing like the sound of a well oiled assault rifle. Most of our jamming was caused when we handn't cleaned them or neglected them in the sand.
