Can anyone put a name to this piece of music?

This section was taken from Frontier Psychiatrist, but I want to know the original name of that tune.

What what what? Am I missing something?

I know it's from Frontier Psychiatrist, but that tune with the accoustic guitar is not. It is from elsewhere.
