Personally the size of the thing doesn't bother me in the slightest because it doesn't stop it from doing what it's supposed to.

The only reason that people might have a problem with the size is if they, I don't know, were trying to stick it in their arse or something.

i'm australian... most of us learnt sarcasm long time ago...

and was wan't sarcastic in my last post.. i was being bloody obvious.. the gamecube has to be the most ugliest piece of technology i've seen since the 'daihatsu move'

I was referring to my post old chap :)

The Gamecube isn't ugly, but I think it's almost certainly an acquired taste, mine has grown on me since I got it last friday that's for sure but it's not quite part of the family. Yet.

Halo 2 will be amazing. :)

What I can't get over is how I thought the original Halo was pushing the XBox to its limits - and here is Halo 2, just gobsmacking in visual quality, running just as nicely.

Btw mikhael, to be honest, I can't agree with it being a crappy mindless FPS. The most mindless FPSs I know would either be MDK or Serious Sam, and both of those are quite fun to play. Halo has a pretty interesting storyline in comparison and the gameplay is... well, it's nothing like Civilisation, but it's not meant to be. I wouldn't call it mindless, though. :)
