Depends on what level of modelling you're at - if you're a rank beginner, then your best bet is to look for some basic max tuts as opposed to FS2 max tuts. These will teach you how to find and use stuff like the creat, move and scale command, as well as probably extrude, possibly bevel and possibly chamfer. After that, you could go for some advanced Max tuts or just experiment for yourself. Alternately, Max will almost certainly have the features and tools mentioned by any basic FS modelling tut for any proggy, they'll just be in a different spot. If you're feelign a\dventurous, you can try to follow one of them and learn along the way
(BTW - if you're looking for some good basic Max tuts, go the GMax ones - they're great.
Subsyatems and pof data and texturing and stuff can be done in later programs (MV, PCS, Lith and PS/PSP respectively).
