From this, the police are looking for "4 male persons who appear to be
of Arabic origin".

You know, I thought we were bad here in the US.

Yeah but in all fairness, beating someone with a machete just sounds silly, you beat people with clubs, sticks and other blunt instruments, you slice and dice with a machete.

Even in that case a spoon could still be used as a knife; one side is round but the edge of the spoon can do cutting damage if you can find some way of generating the required pushing force. :D
