man, you're lucky. Here in the DC area there is a heavy downpour about once a week, but all bright and sunny on the rest of the days. I cannot stand all this sunny weather; wish we had more rain to make things darker outside.

England not rainy enough for your tastes? I would think that over there, a few days of sunshine would have people jumping for joy, but I guess I was wrong:D

Sunshine, fair enough, but most of us don't cope well with sweltering heat as we're unused to it - and by sweltering, I mean anything over 30c

Thanks to global warming we get less rain in the summer now (at least it seems that way).

As for the rain we got a few spots on the other side of London (i.e in Kent) but it seems to be clearing up again now.
