Cause I beat my own record yesterday and I don't know whether to be proud or sad.



After a brief (6 shots of vodka (I think) and 8 shots of Aftershock) session in the pub, my friend decided that he might quite like to jump in a scummy old canal basin. I advised against this, telling him that Typhoid would very likely be the worst of his worries.

However, when we reached the point on this picture, I kinda figured that the water was cleaner and he wasn't going to be stopped so off he went.

Bearing in mind this was about midnight and it wasn't too warm either, I decided that I wanted to play. I stripped off completely and took the plunge. I have never been in water so deep. The picture is taken from a bridge that overlooks the exit to a canal lock so I thought it might be deep enough to jump in from, however I never really knew how deep it was until I hit the bottom and then took four seconds at least to return to the surface.

The best thing about the whole situation however, is that I managed to not lose my pants.

It was possibly four or five double shots and I really can't remember, the important thing is that I was drunk and it was cheap

On average it takes an empty stomach, no sleep, a night of moderate drinking then about a dozen shots of Jack Daniels to get me drunk. Although I'm not entirely sure. I was kinda stood by the bottle and everyone was like "Yeah, let's do shot!" so there were about 5 of use doing shots. I did 3 (easy) while they each did one (and all gagged/winced/collapsed). Then a few other people poured some tumblers of like 1/2 JD and 1/2 Coke and I was stood there doing more shots and all the pussies were like "Urgh! That's too strong. Here Tony, you can have this." Best I can remember it was about 8 shots and 3 50/50 tumblers as well as about 4 hours or lager and Baileys (which is ****ing gorgeous BTW. Like rich chocolate milk with vodka in).

Aftershock was a fiver for 4 shots, I can't disagree with something that has the same alcohol content as a shot of whiskey being that cheap. Alcohol is alcohol. Baileys is more of a womans drink anyway as well as being sickly. Absinthe is the main offender in my drinking endeavours but they didn't have any in the local tesco.

Used a nail-gun to shoot a nail through my hand in the middle of a pub because of a dare, prompted by the owner of the gun disagreed with my opinion that his nail-gun was a "steaming piece of mechanised **** used by pussies and rent-boys to fire fake cocks into young boys bums".

I got my drinks bought for me for the rest of the night. Which was probably a bad thing considering the loss of blood.
