My Barrel Destroyer is finished!

Just incase anybody wondering its based on some ship I saw in some thrid space movie... Its not suposed to be it but inspiered by it (well, what I *saw*... not what might have been on the screen!  )

Ah, the Battle Wagon used in the mouse-trap. It looks nothing like it....other than being round.

Needs more detail/darker texturing of the hull. Other than that...pretty cool.

That's a great model; its general style sets it apart from most of the others and it is pretty complex considering that the overall shape is basically a cylinder. I love that hangar too.

links? what links whats wrong with them...

Venom, if you read the topic about ModelView32 and a problem you will see that I put it back under 3000 polys (total) to get it working (turrets etc). So no sticky out points - I use MS3D! YAY! so I try and use minial maps in MS3D which means small details which means gigger ships look a little streached. I don't notice in game so I hope no one else will either...

Zeronet - what hangar textures? There just FS2 bits cut and pasted on to a map then mapped on to the hangar... what DO you mean? Wait if you mean the runway suff - err.... do you have battel cruiser 3000 or something (the new thingy) I *THINK* its a texture from that (the demo anyway) with some modifications...    ... is that what you mean?

Can anyone guess where the main grey texture comes from?

You put a \ in front of the image name in the  path, instaed of a /. Because of this my browser (Nutscrape 4.7) thinks the filename would be pics\barrelXX.jpg and just shows broken image icons.
