This won't prevent them from 'throwing pies' to each other, they would PM each other after this.

TA was fun, though the AI was pretty bad. My brother is playing it at this very moment. Looking forward to TA2, which is still in production AFAIK.

Also check this mod for C&C Generals out.

Also TA was cutting edge and still is. Only game with realistic fighter physics, Shooting physics (like the way tanks could futily try to shoot airborne targets even though they were meanbt to shoot ground ones, Futile but they COULD) and terrain physics.

i know some games have done the fighter and terrain but none have come close to its amazing shooting physics.

For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. Im planning to get started in a month. Although it would be quite bizare it would be quite easy to port the tanks over to FS. Add engines to the back and rework the treads and vviola!! one atrange ass ship but it might be fun. All im talking about with gundam is just to put engines on the feet or back.

I'd recommend to ignore the tanks at first and concentrate on the air units, but you're free to do whatever you prefer, of course. :p

You want Space Tanks? I had had this idea previously, but threw it out to the recycle bin. :D

A TA thread, and I wasn't informed?!?

This will not stand!

I've got TA, still play it a lot, and the TAUCP is quite bodacious.

Is there a Gundam mod for TA?
I DL'ed the starcraft ones but when I tried to convert I found out all the units were simply sprites (AARGH!)

IF there is a gundam TA would you be willing to convert the units for me? So far I am a mod team of 1 for Gundam TC as well and only have a poor version of White Base to show for it...
Don't think of it as being outnumbered. Think of it as having a wide target selection !

Ahhh, sweet TA.

I've not played it online for an age. Probably because I'm crap.

TA? Currently, the best strategy game in excistence. Far better than Star Craft if you ask me. Been playing it for years and I am still downloading mods, maps and such.
