I have "created" a new Shivan fighter!  [NOTE: I, besides the SF Nyx, I never create new models from scratch.]

Without further ado, here's some MODELVIEW32 shots:

PS: If you know where I stole this, needless to say, excellent model from, then by all means specify the source, its original name, and/or a picture of the original.

Pretty cool!

One thing I would say is make it a bit more organic - those spiky bits on the back are too straight, make them a bit more wavy and tendril-like.

Kickass model, but I hate the textures. They just don't look like they "fit" the model.

The side view makes me remember the Lucifer.

Mostly because it has the Lucifer texture on it.

You know what, I agree!  It is very low poly (Approx. 140).  I also agree with the textures, to an extent.  I personally like the body textures, but not the wing textures (too much red).

I may decrease the number of red on the fighter.

I like it, a lot, but a little asymmetry would be nice... and it badly needs its own UVmap. Not to mention that if you have the super-hi-res Lucifer map installed these things will take up a lot of memory.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I meant red that it is a main color for Shivans. I meant only red can make it look like a Shivan one, not for example green or blue.

Design good, but yeah, it would be improved greatly if you worked on the textures some more.
