I for some reason, bought a webcam yesterday, I don't know why I did this, probly cause it was cheap and I figured it might come in handy, so tonight I decided to set up ICQ and get it set up, though I have only used ICQ about three times ever, but still I've been planing on useing it more, so I get it installed and I'm looking around and there is no mention of it, I go to the help and there suport forums, there seem to be a lot of people who want to know, but no one who does, an hour of looking through google links to odd sites that had the key words webcam and ICQ in them I come to the conclusion that there is a way, but I can't figure out what it is.
so is there a way to use a webcam with ICQ and if so, how?

I always used Netmeeting, i never tried to use the webcam with ICQ i don't think it can, could be wrong though.

Even if, by some off-chance, their is a webcam facility on ICQ, you're better off using NetMeeting anyway.

lot of people use webcams through Yahoo! Messenger.  i've never usedit though
