i've just unpacked the new 3.53 version and everytime when i start a map to play comes when everything is loaded:

The problem is i'Ve got  1x512mb and 1X256mb and only 160used

1st: open the next thread about fs_open in the SCP forum

2nd: Make sure you have no mods installed

3rd: Have you try it with 3.5.1 ?

So, it's exactly the same error as it was showing in the old version that you fixed by switching to Win98 compatability? Have you remembered that you will need to set the SCP exe to Win98 compatibility as well?

The old one i had mods installed and it crashed by loading the new ships.
This one crashes when everything is loaded. And i have no mods.
I've tried the old version too, but the same error

But the old fs2.exe still works good
