T3 kicks ass.
My own foibles with the movie are:
Too much T-X emotion.
Humor (especially the funny kind) has no place in Terminator films.
The music wasn't up to much.
So basically, less T-X emotion, more musical emotion and no goddamn cliched jokes.
Other than that it was ****ing awesome, as a stand-alone and as a sequel.
Funnily enough, I agree with you on everything you said - except the first and last lines.

IMHO, T3 was a good movie, but I guess my expectations were up too high by T2. I was sorely disappointed by the music score, and even when the "da-dum, dum, da-dum"
did finally crop up (during the ending credits?!?!?!??), it was.... different. Too short.
Also, I'd add the overly-repeated theme of "T-X almost gets them, T-101 arrives at last second and delays her, allowing them to escape" to my lisk of yucks.
Anyway, back to Arnie as governor... does anyone else find it at least mildly hillarious that Arnie has bodyguards? I mean, they're half his size!
