You enticed the community to its feet again when you released the screenshots of what would be OTT and its models.  We as a community was galvanized back into action and became involved more in our works for FS2 because of that moment.  (I believe I speak for everyone when I said that, for it certainly gave me a boost in making Attempted Suicides.  I pumped out two models days after you released those enticing model screenshots.)  You are a true professional and leader in the field of MODding.  We can only call ourselves "apprentices" of a great model master.  None have surpassed you in modeling.  Inferno wouldn't be what it is without your contributions, and for that, Inferno will live on.

We as a community adore your work, whether if its behind the scenes or out in the open.  You are the quintessence of what modeling should be.  You have inspired newcomers to our community in MODding.  Because of your great works, our future can learn of the greatness of graphics design in Freespace.

We thus beseech you to keep your promises to the community.  You are responsible for creating millions out of hundreds.  Your models are one in a million.  So please, when you're not tied up, just spend five to ten minutes to organize and release those anticipated models you promised to donate to the community.  You thus inspire us further by contributing your wonderful work to bring out the muse that's in the heart of every Freespace 2 loving Terran, Vasudan, and Carl.

On behalf of the entire HLP community, I, Rampage, thank you for all the contributions you made physically and inspirationally to Freespace 2 and the people dedicated to it.

And as much as I'd like to get my hands on some of his MODs, I've never been a 'brown-noser'...

I wouldn't say it's the best models I've ever seen, but yeah, he's at least as good as me, if not more.

well, that's still 3 complete fleets they have exclusivity on.
I've released the shivans ships I've done, and that's it.

Yeah i agree Venom is one of best modeler in HLP

but stil this is stupid thread there is lot good modelers like Ryx,Starcomm,Aldo,GE,Woomeister,Styxx,Bobboau, etc etc

Maby true, but that doesn't mean people should start kissing his ass or  build a statue of him in your town/city  to get his models. He decides when he releases them. And if he promised to release them then just wait until he makes a thread the download link is.  Instead of bothering him every time he visits the boards.


And as you said HIG there are more good modelers here at HLP.
