Sort of OT--Drafting

I posted this on the HLP forums, but it doesn't seem to be getting enough attention, so I was wondering here if anyone would be interested in making a FS2 MOD for UT?
I would REALLY like some help with this MOD, as when it comes to making ppl., I suck, and, like I said, I REALLY need some help!
The things I need are (in order, but one and two I need about the same amount)

1.Someone who knows how to MOD UT.

2.Modelers

3.Skinners

4.Level Designers

5.Storyliners
