Update: The power grid in Niagra falls overloaded and failed. Thats why there's all the blackouts.

Theres a major Fire burning at the power station supposed be the one supplying the power to the area, but not clear if its the cause of it, or wait, now they're saying it is.. They are saying that its also affecting up to the mid west.

you know what i just thought?  now would be a perfect time to attack if you were a terrorist.  i mean, NYC, a major city, is completely locked down... it's rush hour traffic over there, and with no traffic lights or anything everyone's trapped in downtown new york.  have you turned on the TV?  there's thousands of people in the roads and everything.

and because there's no power, everything's pretty much shut down.  computers, businesses, etc.  sure they have generators, but that's only basic stuff, like lighting...

ther'es no looting going on.  for one, it's still day, and so people can still see, so stores are still open and eveyrone's going about their life.

the only thing going on is traffic jams and wrecks, that's about it.

This is an example of how antiquated the infrastructure of this country, particularly the Northeast, is.  There should be backups and backups for the backups.  Not to mention enough extra capacity so that if one plant goes down the rest of them can handle the additional load.

i just had a convesation with the guy who wants me to make the odd graffe, and hes visiting his grandmother in a nursing home in NYC, and they have a generator, and are keeping the old people there. He has his laptop and said the following;

Looking at the LIVE pics on the news, I don't think theres enough ROOM to flip over a car. But I still believe that stuff like that is happening right now. When people find the opportunity to do crazy **** without worry of consequences, they'll do it.
