its not even the end of the month, and their bandwidth is gone already...

Well yeah, it's clean out already - But there it's 30% too soon, which sucks. Haven't had a bandwidth overload for 3 months now.

I didn't mean the same downtime, but it's only been a week and its down again for one reason or another.

I haven't been to Sectorgame all summer. That's why you haven't had a bandwidth limit thingy in 3 months. :p

Well Petrarch Flip is sending about 20, so I'd need only about 10 more to complete a 50% more bandwidth upgrade which is definitely good enough from reports.
