I disagree with it. My reasons are:
1. HLP does not need this, because I think all posts here are in English, expect a very few(for example the french conversation in the Campaigns forum) posts. I think it can be forgiven.
2. About bad English, I also have to disagree, English forums are a good way to learn English and improve your vocabulary(I have a complete txt file standing from new words I have learnt here, like dude, crux, hilarious etc.).
2-sub: It is also possible that somebody mistypes a word like the word 'Smile' to 'Simle', that is really not a reason to be deleted.
3. Bad English used by a foreigner is also a good way for native speakers to get trained understanding foreigner english.

4. I think the admin of this Relic forum is talking easy: He is probably a native speaker, and american or a brittish. The whole thing is unfair.
