All that, just becuase you fit what they believe to be a pattern. There is no actual crime that needs to be commited.

This doesn't actully improve security. It only makes people feel safer. Anyone with half a brain can avoid these patterns, if that is their intention. I also like how they try to scare people: "It not only insures that you're not sitting next to a terrorist, but also that you're not sitting next to an axe murderer".
