OK  here's the deal.  I downloaded LM4 and started the first mission.  I defeated the freighters/fighters and scanned all the cargo.  And the friendly freighters jumped in.  So then the enemy fighters/freighters jump in and they are swiftly defeated.  Is something supposed to happen after that point?  i sat there for 5 minutes and nothing happened.  The friendly freighters just sit there and do nothing.  So the end game debreifing didn't say i failed anything but it said i had to redo the stage...

Any suggestions or is this a FRED issue..or...:confused:

Hi all

I am new to this forum (not to freespace word).
I've got two questions to help me out.
- I have tried to download the mod but a message appears saying "You do not have permission to log on",:confused: which prevents me to do so. Any idea ?  
- Is there any other mod that can be downloaded ?

That's all for now. :)

Might be the log on for fileplanet - just have to go there and sign up for a free account - then you have access to the free download servers.

On another note, when attempting to go to the download page for the LM2 release I get a gorgeous...blank frame.  can anyone post a link to the download for at least the main file?

Glad to know there is a fellow Athenian on board.

Yes there are mods and campaigns and a lot of them.
Best bet right now is INFERNO. Once you have played that you could try the Babylon Project conversion and then on to the volitionwatch.com for a quick look at the archives.

A personal favorite is the RE-make of FS1 by the guys at "Freespace Conversion". If you play all that, and by the time you will a lot more campaigns will be upon us.

If you want to be ready for Wing Commander Saga: The Darkest Dawn, then download and play the prologue first.
