I need to find a website that will host my website so I can make one for my campaigne trilogy and variouse projects. I will need it to have a good ammount of space and I will need it to allow me to create a fairly good looking website and I need it to be free!   Well, if you guys can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I mostly need recommendations for websites.

Angelfire. It worked for me.

www.topcities.com  is good, but the biggest file you can upload is only 900kb, but you get 150MB of free space.

HLP won't host you unless you already have a site up, so they can see your work and decide whether you are worthy of the honor.

Hey HLP administrators; would you agree to host a campaign file on the server without any website? I have almost no experience or knowledge in website design, but I currently have no reliable place to put my campaign. (which is as good as the main FS2 one, and if you have any doubts as to its quality, download the test version! )

Either that or I should start learning some HTML...

Since you can handle ubb code, http://www.webspawner.com/cc/html/ should tell you all you need to know about basic html.

Try these.
www.0catch.com  50MB? and some other features. This ones for you if you're like me and can't CGI program a site worth crap.
free.prohosting.com  Also 50MB and has CGI support. Altough its not as good as 0Catch, server wise.

Thanks for the advice guys; maybe I should give a shot at building a website.

I am using the Prohosting service at the moment to host the campaign file but they are a bit on the slow side and somewhat unreliable at times; the only reason I picked them was that I could not find any other place that lets you upload a 8MB file. (my @Home webspace is completely messed up at the moment)

Noooo!  Bad!  I used angelfire once...then they deleted my site because for some reason my lack of visual updates and the fact that I had downloadable files on it qualified my site as a "file server"
