Does anyone have one?  I've been searching for hours now, but the only one I've found was at the Inferno site and wasn't available for download.  I know I could have downloaded the whole campaign (I may do so anyway to play it) and extracted it, but if it is not independantly available it is my assumption that Woomeister et al. do not want it made public, right?

So anyway, does anyone have a new Vasudan space superiority fighter to replace the Thoth?

I'm too busy to make anything at the moment, but perhaps one of my old Darkbreed ships would work for you. unfortunately I'm not sure of anywere that they can bedownloaded at the moment, and My Email got nuked like a small defiant terrorist state.

Actually, Bobboau, that's not quite accurate. Small defiant terrorist states (*cough* Afganistan *cough*   ) don't get nuked; they get bombed back to the Stone Age (which for Afganistan wasn't saying all that much). The only time a country got nuked in wartime was Japan at the end of WWII. So to be more accurate, you should say something like this:

"...and my e-mail got nuked like a small, defiant fascist island empire."

Wonderful!  How much is left to do, Raven?

Your fighter looks awesome, Venom, but decidedly OTT, so even if you were releasing it, it probably wouldn't fit in too well with the rest unless I made up something about it being the first use of missile pod technology (but of course this is all academic anyway, since you're not releasing it).

Venom, I like your Vasudan fighter, but I'm not sure about the cockpit window. Interceptors and space superiority fighters need to have good visibility to spot other fighters and your window seems to cut down on visibility. (If I were in a fighter, I wouldn't enjoy trying to spot bandits by looking out a window that was the size of half a dozen sunflower seeds...)

Aside from that, it looks cool. Did you base this off the Perseus?

It would have no wiondows, it would make little difference. The pilot uses an helmet with a screen, linked to several cameras   (look at my trailer pic, you can see a vasudan pilot with his helmet... well, you could see it if there was more lightning   ).
Otherwise, no, it's 100% from scratch, and if it does look a bit like the perseus ( and I bet I'd remove the little fin under the nose, nobody would even compare the ships), well, it's not on purpose

i think that this, the harlock's arcadia and the last aldos' artwork (the vasudan bomber) are the best models for fs2 i've seen since i'm hlp member

How is this proposal?  What if soemone with modelling capability were to add a few gun mounts to the old Anubis fighter for me (and maybe tweak the polygons a bit if feeling generous), and then I could take care of the tables and interface art and whatnot?  Would anyone be able to do that?
