Need help with file submission page.

The title basicaly says it all but i need help from someone with knowledge on how to code one.

This is for Hades Combine so people can submit files like on FS2 Sector.
Put this in your profile if you know someone who is fighting, has survived, or has died from an awp no scope.

you need to find a PHP script.

go search for one and then edit it :)

Ok i got it now. Check it out: http://hades-combine.com/Upload/simpleupload.php

Submit original stuff not on hlp FS2S or Volition Archives as i already have them.
