Neither StyleXP nor WindowBlinds was used to provide the base window theme, I just patched uxtheme.dll (even on SP1 it worked a treat) and used the regular Windows Theme dialog. I think I'm running a supplemental program to provide the icons but most of that's just Windows XP's native Theme engine.

It comes and goes.  I saw it the first time, didn't see it when the red x comment was posted, and see it again now.  Free hosting = somewhat unreliable... probably a bandwidth cap of some kind.
