A matter of Interest...
 I have a lot of campaign ideas in my jiggled up brain here and want to actually do something. ( worthwhile to the community   )

So I am wondering if any modelers could at all lend a hand I as I have almost no experience in modeling. (well thats a lie but I can't model worth a nickel... make that a penny)

hehe I have the same problem, unfortunately. I think that it is still quite possible to make a good campaign without using many custom models though.

the best way to learn is try, i went through the same path with the same problems, but now its easy for me.  Check the ITN Models thread in this forum.

Actually, I agree.  I only started modding because I'm useless at FRED.

i have no idea what he just said...for modding, i recomend 3d studio max for the initial modeling and then texturing with truespace 5.  Teaching is not one of my strong points, but i can say this: beware of overlapping polys and intersecting polys.  Starting with a box and extruding is what i've been told.
