For any of you computer buffs... i have a problem that seems to be constantly popping up whenever i buy a new game.
Whenever I install a game from the CD, i click on the .EXE that makes it runs...
all i get is an annoying little error message, the game dosnt even run!
Access Denied: Please Login with administrator privileges and try again.

Like this!!! It started happening a year ago when i tryd to play SimCity4 and the same thing happened. Its done it with a number of
relativly new games (Sim city 4, combat flight sim 2, Star wars galactic battlegrounds all released about at least 2 years ago)
it has mostly effected games (except it once bugged msconfig and i coulndt get into that untill i used last-know-good-config...)
the only way iv been able to circumvent it is to use no CD cracks, or downloaded ISO's...
if you can help me it would be apreeciated, if you cant, ignore this thread.

Win XP
Pent. 4 2.0 Ghz
256 DDR.
oh did i mention i have to use auto-login (UI tweak) to get into XP? none of my user names dosnt appear in the slick XP usr login....
