I wonder how many have you done this little thought exercise before. Okay, here's what I can tell you about the game:

1. The name of the game is Petals Around The Rose. The name is important.
2. The answer will always be even, or 0.
3. You can be told the answer for each roll of the dice (of which there are 5).

If you know the answer already or succeed in figuring it out, then:

If you think you found the secret, PM me. If you are exactly correct, I will reply telling you so. If you are wrong - even if you're very close - I will reply with "That is not the secret". I do want you to find the secret, but all I can tell you along the way is in the 3 points above.

Well, that's interesting.  Putting all that emphasis on the name practically gives it away.

The theory is, the more analytical a person is, the longer they take to get the secret - or, they never get it at all, even with all the emphasis on the name.

the only dice u need to worry about is the 3 and the 5 dice, all other die's are irrelevent.

3 gives a value of 2. (because the center dot is surrounded by 2 dots, making the answer 2)

5 gives an answer of 4 ( coz u look at the center dot, there are 4 arround it, answer 4)

so if u roll for example. |1| |2| |3| |4| |5| |6| the answer is 6 because. there is one 3 and one 5. because 5 gives a score of 4 and 3 gives a score of 2,

2+4 =6.

So remeber 3 = 2. and 5 = 4.  the other die aint mean anything. if u aint got no 3's or 5's, the answer is zero.
