That's pretty sad, but I wouldn't bother about it too much. I know that's a splitting likeness, but designs have been copied for eons. At this stage of the game I think there's more to be lost than to be gained by getting over-angry about this.

First one is dead-on, though. That's a Manticore, all right. What with those little triangley bits, though, had they dropped the cockpit tex and found some color other than red nobody woulda looked twice at it. Once again, not a wholly uncommon design... but yeah, that's stolen.
