...play Quake 3 Arena?

I was wondering if you could recommend a good multiplayer noob friendly server or where you play.

I recently upgraded my connection and want to try my hand at multiplay.
So as through a glass, and darkly
The age long strife I see
Where I fought in many guises,
Many names, but always me.

There are only 10 types of people in the world , those that understand binary and those that don't.

not anymore, its all excessive crap...

I occassionally play Rocket Arena for Q3... though you won't find a server with newbies on it...
