snohost.com needs a little help

snohost.com is going to be my own personal hosting service and maybe for some of you.

Anyway ATM it's current location is http://snohost.no-ip.com/index.php I'm wanting to have the domain as snohost.com, but I need information regarding DNS server applications or tutorials on how to setup apache/whatever so www.snohost.com will go to my server.
I have big plans, now if only I could see them through.

first, you might want to check your provider if hosting is allowed, sometimes it can lead to disconnection.

Probably very similar throughout most USA ISPs.
