Can't be botherd to make a good atempt at a translation of it.

That goes right along with "Crazy Render Rabbit" now doesn't it.  Actually very few people actually put their location in the location field.  It's more like a mini-signature, and most people have jokes there.  Look at mine for example.
who needs a signature? ;)
It's not much of an excuse for a website, but my stuff can be found here

From that garbled mess, I think I can sort out what it really means:

"For your honor and for your conscience, the army calls you to fight the Bolsheviks!"

It's a Waffen-SS recruitment poster.

During the war, the Waffen-SS recruited a lot from occupied/conquered countries.. there were Dutch,  French, etc Waffen-SS divisions to fight the Red Menace.

Quote

The Waffen-SS and Dutch collaborators formed the SS-Freiwilligen-Legion Niederlande in 1941. Anton Mussert, the leader of the Dutch fascist party, Nationaal Socialistische Beweging (NSB), insisted on an all-Dutch volunteer SS unit; Hitler and Himmler agreed. The unit fought on the eastern front in the "anti-bolshevik crusade" where it fought well and suffered exceedingly high casualties.

The Dutch volunteer unit was reformed several times during the war, eventually becoming the 23rd SS-Freiwilligen-Panzer-Grenadier-Division Nederland. It had a good combat reputation, distinguishing itself at the Battle of Narva.

..RFSS Himmler considered volunteers from countries such as Norway and Denmark as "Nordic" enough for the Waffen-SS. Recruiting of freiwilligen and volksdeutsche outside of Germany was carried out by a system of recruiting commands (ersatzkommandos), recruiting inspectorates (ersatzinspectionen) and recruitment centers (werbestellen). The basic recruiting book was named "Der ruft die SS" (The Call of the SS) and was translated into multiple languages. The Waffen-SS also make use of a huge portfolio attractive poster propaganda. The SS recruiting office attempted to stress the pan-european "ideal" of the Waffen-SS, but this was just so much cynical manipulation then and even now - as some revisionist historians even go so far as to say the Waffen-SS was the precursor to NATO. The Waffen-SS would play to whatever nationalist, ethnic, anticommunist, religious, or ideological angle they could to fill the ranks of Himmler's legions.
