K, I know you guys aren't doing new stuff at the mo, but do you think you might just take a moment to have a go at an 'assign to wing/all' button for the loadout screen? It's annoying at the best of times, let alone with the new fiddly icons that we're dealing with (you know the ones, they don't always pick up properly)

One of the thing I actually wanted all the time since FS1 (and I really thought they would make it in FS2 since it was so obvious). Really great if you implemented it.

Every time I look at the UI code I have to scoop the puddles of goo that were my eyes off of the floor and pour them back into my head.

Would settling for gluing in a 'secret' keyboard shortcut for setting identical loadouts, and not bothering with changing gui at all, work - as a short term (read final) solution?

Or is the spaghetti syndrome so widespread that no-one can make heads or tails out of any loadout assignment parts of it either?

I figured out the UI code when I made scrollable command briefings. I heavily commented what I added, so it should be decipherable. However, we'd need some new interface art.

if we change the interface its gonna be fully scriptable so you can do whatever you want with it

thats something to ponder in the far future
