In the forums of a Hungarian gaming magazine, a thread like this had so many posts. I decided to establish a thread like this here, too.

Tell everything about yourself, your nationality, true name, hobbies, occupation/studentic results and everything we should know about you :)

I describe myself after somebody does it before me. :)

I do not want to do anything with it. I just found it good if we knew it other better.

My real name is Attila Hartai, and I am a Hungarian guy of 17. I am a student of a grammar school in Budapest, I am now at the third grade. I will have maturity next year. I am interested in making levels/missions/maps for all games I am having. I am also interested in architecture since I made my first map for Quake 3 Arena. I like fantasy universes, especially Star Wars. I like reading/doing stuff in English. I am learning Italian as a second language, I am also good in that one, on the level I am. I like action games and space simulators, but sometimes I go back in time and play Starcraft :). I would like to work and live in England in the future, where there are much more possibilities than in Hungary.

Well, yes there are, but Hungary has always been a source of good engineers for Europe, and are liked since they have a broader perpective than native specialists.

It's strange since IIRC more engineers come from here than other countries, though it could contribute to the fact that with the end of socialism, being a worker or more precisly a "craftman" as Germans aspire to be is no longer a honoured profession and the youth simply go for jobs with the highest payment (BTW we have a lot of unemployed, economist, lawyears and other people with a diploma!!!)

BTW this phenomenon suxors, since it's the state - ergo us Hungarians - who pay for the education of said engineers and doctors who are bought by the West and the US.

My real name is Michael Kerrigan, I too hate this thread but am bored outta my mind...
I'm currently attending 8th grade...I'm 14...explains a lot.
Taking Algebra, American History, some "advanced" english class ( think the other one is just slow) and 9th grade general science class.:nervous:

Oh, and I HATE math.:)


EDIT: I also listen to heavy metal music...
