About the Maquis ships tho, they not only used the Pergine fighter, they also used some kind of bulk freighter ship. (The one that Chakotay and crew used in the pilot of Voyager.) And, as far as I know, that was the only time it was used. Some pointless trivia, I know, but still, if you are going for completness, might as well know this.
And the Vor'Cha is quite an enigma when it comes to weapon placements on it. Because, every time you see one fighting, the only constant placement for weapons is the one in the nose of the ship. The rest of the time you just see disrupter and torpedo fire coming from random points on the ship..... Maybe you could take some creative liberties and place them where you think they make the most sense, as that is pretty much what the people did on the shows, lol.
